Mueller Accounting and Tax Services Inc. is looking to hire a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA). This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with strong accounting and tax skills to help manage clients, individuals, and professionals. The ability to accurately prepare financial reports and returns is critical to the role. The right candidate needs to have extraordinary attention to detail, be highly organized, and have an excellent knack for accuracy.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Reviewing client financial statements
• Preparation of and signing off on individual and business tax returns
• Scheduling and conducting client appointments
• Communication with outside tax agencies on behalf of the client(s)
• Networking for new and potential clients

Required Education and Experience:

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience
• Current CPA license or Enrolled Agent
• Proficient in tax and accounting software; Lacerte, plus.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, required
